I am traveling for work this week and I did very well with staying in my calorie range until today. I really went over my calorie range. Now I feel so guilty after entering my food in the tracker, I am now on my way to the gym. To try to burn some of those calories off.

Sadly, yes. My kids asked me to bake a roll of sugar cookie dough I had in the freezer and when they came out of the oven, I completely lost ALL willpower! I knew I shouldn't eat any of them, and certainly not more than one, but I ended up bingeing on about 4-5 of them before I got myself back under control.
