I honestly don't know...there's an evening snack that my honey and I indulged in last night that I didn't log, but I know how many calories. The thing is, I can't find any nutritional info for Applebee's rice to subtract it from my dinner. If my intuition is correct, then I didn't. But if it is wrong, then I boo-boo'ed and I really can't blame my honey.

*boo* you caught me! I usually don't go over my cals. but yesterday? I totally did. I blame the time change. Totally. In my defense, I usually am a bit more lenient w/ myself on the weekends because Friday and Sunday are my long run days. Today's an 8 mile day. :)
