Nope, but maybe a little the day before that. I had two social events which included a farewell party thrown by a wonderful Italian chef (tons of food!) and went straight from there to an Ethiopian restaurant with friends. Yikes! Still, I think i managed to make reasonably healthy choices: some baked ziti and salad at the party, followed by a cup of lentil soup at the restaurant.

A little stronger every day
