Well, my food intake was excellent, but 3 Coronas and 9 shots of tequila put me over my calorie range. Imagine that! :/

On Thursday I ate too much --- good quality food, but too much quantity. I went for a long walk in the evening to keep things in check and keep in my calorie range. It was totally not worth eating so much because I felt really uncomfortable.

I'm running slow now, but with every pound lost I'll get faster.
