I have to admit that I did over eat for say. I was really really bad ad got myself a large confetti blizzard. I didn't realize that it was well over 1500 calories. I guess the next time that I want something sweet, to place it in the food tracker and see what the nutrition is before I get it and see how bad it really is.

slightly, I made the mistake of having a dairy queen small milkshake, didnt realize it was 20 grams of fat, and 540 calories. Put me just over my numbers, I did however workout hard last night to counteract it.
