it sounds like i am in a right place now. i have been struggling for a while. i have 10-15lbs more to loose and instead i am struggling just not to gain. my motivation is lacking. i have a very hard time sticking to it and i am really hoping you guys and this board can help me. also my exercising recently sucked as well. i have been going through a very stressful period and don't i wish i would not comfort myself with food. any ideas? i need something, i am not sure what.
