Give up everything you love, and everything that tastes good = weight loss! Simple as that!
"Eating what stands on one leg (mushrooms and plant foods) is better than eating what stands on two legs (fowl), which is better than eating what stands on four legs (cows, pigs, and other mammals)"....... Chinese proverb "Food is not love, comfort, or an anxiety pill."
I actually ate 100 calories less, but I ate unhealthy. I went out early, so I skipped breakfast, only had coffee & a banana. When I came home, my husband was home from work early & brought Italian Sandwiches & fresh mozzarella cheese from the best Italian Store around, so because I was famished I ate it. That cheese is the devil....it's warm, moist, fresh & tastes oh so good. I hate when he does that!
We celebrated my husbans birthday yesterday so I had homemade lasagna and birthday cake and icecream...ouch..but i still only went over 350 calories daily allowance but fat grams was HIGH...Oh well. any holiday I splurge...No guilt,,,Ill be back to today and exercise more. Have a great day
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
Yes by 132 calories. I ate poorly at lunch so I skipped 2 snacks to make up for it. Later in the day I was starving so I ate some rice cakes and an apple. I am happy with the choices I made. In the past it would have been anything and everything I could get my hands on.
Success is not the result of spontaneous combustion, you must set yourself on fire!
I didn't over eat but I did have a small piece of choco cake that I had baked for the family. I just have a hard time saying no sometimes to baked goods. I've been good for the most part, but occasionally have to have a gs cookie or something of the sort. BUT I didn't go crazy on it. I'm working on my willpower. :(

Yes! Oh goodness I had one of the worst days I've had in awhile...I figured that when I wake up super early and don't sleep well the night before I'm more likely to overeat. Gotta figure this out!
Life is short—too short to waste even a precious day. It’s important to live your life— and every single day of your life—deliberately and on purpose. You only get one life here on earth. How are you living yours now? http://liveapassionatelife.net
