Live your truth. Express your love. Share your enthusiasm. Take action towards your dreams. Walk your talk. Dance and sing to your music. Embrace your blessings. Make today worth remembering. ~ Steve Maraboli ~
Believe in the power that you have to control your own life day to day..Believe in the strength that you have deep inside and your faith will help show you the way...Believe in tomorrow and what it will bring...Let a hopeful heart carry you through...For things will work out if you trust and believe there is no limit to what you can do.
I am not going to let my children get me down today. My ex husband and I have shared parenting. My children have been my life for years and I've always been the responsible one when I was married to their dad. Im a staight arrow....he was always kind of wild. I worked to take care of them for 17 years as he stayed at home. Now that were divorced, they say I'm too strict and always run to him to be able to stay up late on school nights, play endless video games instead of doing school work, etc. Just recently, two of them took their things to live with him because they say there's no rules with dad. It crushed my feelings. It's all really gotten me down but I'm praying for them and leaving it in God's hands. It's time that I start thinking of myself for a change.

going over my calorie range and not enough exercise get me down. Have had a VERY VERY STRESSFUL two weeks, with my car not running, buying a new car, working on paying for it, computer system down at work, having to beg or borrow rides, and VERY little sleep leaving me exhausted! The fact that I'm still trying to pay attention to my health--food, exercise, etc.--at all, is positive. I've only gone over my calorie intake a couple of time, and have missed very little exercise. I'm proud of myself for doing as well as I have under the circumstance. Won't let negativity get me down. Things are getting better!
