    I walked outside again this morning...to the park...did the walking path...and back. It's a 1.7 mile trip. I walked at a 3.5 mph pace...much better than I do on the treadmill. On the treadmill, I do well to do a 2 mph pace...but it does have a slight incline...so that probably is the difference.... Read more
