    Goal for the week w/c 24th June : running at 7.4 on 0.5 incline : Time goal 30 min & Mileage goal : 3.4km Well i did run at 7.4 today on 0.5 incline. TIme 30 min but mileage cannot reach 3.4km. i reached only 3.38 today. So to get 3.40 , i would need to up my speed to 8 for last 2 min ... Read more
