“Back of the clouds, the sun is always shining. Back of the clouds, it’s waiting to shine through. God has prepared a rosy colored lining. Back of the clouds it’s waiting to shine through.” A friend lives in Cohassett MA by an ocean bay. Today she took a photo which was gray and cloudy, showin... Read more

Today is laundry day. I have been putting it off because with the boot on I am not comfortable going up and down the basement stairs. The basement stairs are fairly narrow and steep. 10/27/2020 3:28:21 PM, by LESLIELENORE

I had my annual eye exam today. Because I am Diabetic and I am on Plaquenil for my lupus, my exam is longer than many. It didn’t help that the doctor was running almost an hour behind! Dad drove me (as usual), and had one errand to do while I was in my exam, so he ended up sitting and waiting in th... Read more

    10/26/2020 11:26:13 AM, by LESLIELENORE

I saw the foot doctor today to reassess the ankle. While there’s some improvement, he wants me in the “boot” for another two weeks. Two days before my next appointment he said I could try wearing my hiking boots instead of the brace, but not to “cheat” before then. If the range of motion and pain ... Read more

There’s snow in the forecast for tonight and tomorrow morning. If we actually get some it’s not going to stick or anything, the ground is still warm enough to melt a light snowfall.
