Do I ENJOY running??

I never, in a million years, thought I would ENJOY running! However, I think I may be hooked.

Here is how I know:

Yesterday I was planning on going to the gym first thing in the morning. I always go first thing in the morning. I like to go before getting ready for the day. When I got in my (rental) car, it wouldn't start. So, I figured the gym wasn't going to happen. I showered, called my dad and got ready for a day of car trouble. Luckily, we were able to get the car to start and over to the rental place, where I swapped cars. I got home and started on my normal day stuff. Then it happened: my body BEGGED to go to the gym. I can't even describe the feeling. My muscles wanted to move! So, I changed into my gym clothes and headed to the gym. It was weird at first - working out after showing and putting make-up on, but my body needed it! And it was best workout yet! I jogged an entire mile and a quarter without stopping. Then, I alternated walking and jogging quarter miles until my 60 minutes were up. Normally, I get close to 4 miles. Yesterday, 4.25! I am getting better everyday!

I'm actually looking forward to going again tomorrow!
