1 Year with SparkPeople...WooHoo!!!

I am celebrating 1 year with SparkPeople today!!!

Goals I have met/promises I have kept:

I have lost 35 pounds.
I have exercised 6 days a week for a whole year.
I have learned to eat healthier.
I have seen how tracking my food daily really does make a difference.
I have met some amazing Spark buddies.
I have dropped 2 sizes in clothing.
I have increased my time I ride my exercise bike from 20 minutes to 75 minutes.
I have gone bike riding with daughter and husband and made them tired.
I have gone hiking in the woods, on the beach, and down the mountain trails.
I feel better about the me I see in the mirror.
I have more energy.
I am excited to keep going on this getting healthy path.
I have made a lifestyle change for the long-term and know I can set and keep goals to be a healthier me.
I know that Barb's Betty Boop Bikini Body is a real possibility one exercise at a time, one meal at a time, and one day at a time.

Thanks for all of my Spark buddies who have walked, ran and rode beside me this year. Your friendship, encouragement, and support have filled my year with many happy memories and dreams for tomorrow as well. I am so thankful for SparkPeople.com and all of the people, tools, and teaching that has made it possible for me to make and meet some amazing goals. SparkPeople and Spark buddies....YOU ROCK!!!

Looking forward to my 2nd year....Let's keep moving!!!!
