Make the Workplace a Healthy Place

Welcome to the Workplace Wellness Challenge! We spend a lot of our lives at work so it's important that we adopt healthy habits to handle stress, energy levels, eating habits, productivity and activity. In this challenge we'll teach you how to take control of the hours between nine and five (or whenever you work) and continually improve upon your life both inside and outside of your cubicle. By the end, you'll be a workplace warrior and we're sure some of your co-workers will start wanting to steal your secret to success! Today, we start small: Instead of hitting the elevator to get to your office, take the stairs! If you work on the 120th floor, get off the elevator a bit early and grab some extra steps before you start your day.
