Core Without the Floor

Many core workouts require getting up and down from the floor, which might not be an option if you have mobility issues. Lucky for you, there are lots of great abdominal exercises that are accessible for all levels. You can still get a great core workout without the crunches, all from a seated position. This workout requires just a chair and 12 minutes to spare. Today's challenge is to schedule this workout into your routine this week.
