Your Disability Does Not Define You

Ditch the idea that if you can't "go hard or go home," you might as well stay home. Where there's a will, there's a way. If stability or range of motion are issues for you, try using machines instead of free weights. Modify standing exercises to be seated, and ask gym staff for help if you need suggestions or extra accomodations. Strength training is an important part of any exercise routine, so take the time to learn how to make it work for you!
