We all know how important exercise is to our overall health. We all know we should be taking steps to improve our health daily, but we often allow ourselves "outs" with what we consider justifiable excuses. You can excuse yourself out of anything if you keep listening to yourself long enough, and, if you try hard enough, you can let those rationalizations make sense. Today's challenge is to think about your most common excuse for skipping workouts, then come up with a strategy for how you will overcome that excuse for good.
