If you are having trouble moving or haven’t exercised in awhile, it can be very daunting to take on new cardio moves. Most cardio activites require being on your feet, so how about a few that don't? With a little creativity, you can get your heart rate up and challenge your body, even from a seated position. This is part of the CAN DO SparkPeople attitude we love to see people embrace.
