I am doing this!!!

I went to the Y for my water aerobics class and found out it was cancelled due to the instructor being ill. Instead of getting discouraged I just hopped on the treadmill for 60 minutes going a distance of 3.60 miles.
I am thankful for all the tools and supportive people on spark.
The scale may go up and down as does my motivation but every week I find myself healthier, happier and closer to my goals!
God is so good isn't he?
