getting restarted

Ok, so I posted last month that I was going to get restarted. I never could at that time. I had such a rough time with getting to bed early enough to get enough sleep! But I have already taken a step to help me sleep better and to help with my eating habits again. I have again gotten off soda. It's been rough. We went to Red Lobster last night and I really wanted a Coke! But I was good and had Water with Lemon. I've been off Soda for 4 days now. I'm starting to sleep better again. Hopefully this will be the jumpstart I need to get back into a better, healthier lifestyle.

    Way to go! I think you have it! Sleep is one of THE most important things in weight loss, I had to learn that the hard way! Now I'm up for sleeping in or going to bed an hour you've GOT IT! Keep up the good work! Not 'hopefully' it IS your jumpstart!! Kylie :)
