Not sure if this is good or bad, but it certainly describes how I feel about my experience so far. I've had almost no problem sticking to my food plan. I'm having more fun cooking than I've had in years, and since it has always been a primary hobby, I'm having a lot of fun! My treadmill finally arrived, but needs assembly. That will be finished by the weekend, so I can be more consistent with my cardio goals. I'm enjoying this website a lot, especially as I discover some of its more subtle attributes. I've met and communicated with several interesting and inspiring people in various corners of SP. I really like my Louisiana team for its friendly chatter. My blood sugars are good. My blood pressure is dreamy. I won't know about the rest of my problem stuff until I visit my MD next month. So.. are there any pitfalls to complacency? Am I setting myself up for some disastrous misstep? Let me know! Forewarned is forearmed.. or something like that. :)
