I LOVE veggies, eat them all the time. I can't pick just one favorite, I incorporate as many as I can into every meal. But fruit is another story, I'm a salty, crunchy kind of person. Sweets don't do a lot for me. Yes, I have an occasional chocolate, but luckily I don't struggle daily with candy bars. So a big goal for me is to eat more fruit. Well, my first serving of fruit has been eaten!!! I had 1/2 cup grapefruit this morning!! I used to eat it everyday as a child, but it's been well over 10 years since I last ate it. I felt like a child that was trying it for the first time, I can't imagine the look on my face after the first bite!LOL! Now that I've taken the first step, I think I will start to eat more fruit. Maybe tomorrow I will have some pears. Pears aren't so bad as I remember. . . So in conclusion, 1st serving down, 100s more to come. . .bring it on!!

    I can completely identify with this. I had to make myself like fruit. Now it's all I eat between b-fast and dinner time. Still not my all-time favorite kind of food especially when it's out of season, but sometimes it's hard to beat a nice ripe, juicy, sweet pineapple or watermelon. I think some fruits must count as extra water too :)
