Gotta Change it up

Ok I am getting a little frustrated...I was averaging loosing 2.1 pounds a week until x-mas. I went home for x-mas and didn't eat great but wasn't too terrible either - ran almost everyday though to offset that. Didn't gain anything but after new years the weightloss slowed and now it's creeping along. I am taking a little more drastic measures this week by lowering calories and carbs for 1-2 weeks to see if I can jumpstart everything again. I am burning 5000-7000 calories a week. I guess I should start adding more weight training in - I do one day for an hour and another for 25 min...will try adding in 2 more days and see if I can spark some better results. I signed up for Shape, Fitness, and Runner's World magazines so hopefully getting those will help keep me motivated. Maybe it's a mindset that I got stuck here last time and now I appear to be stuck again....have to find a way around it and not give up -- I WILL DO THIS!
