The water challenge...........

Ok today was the weigh in and I was told I lost two pounds - I think I am 152 on the work scale and 149.0 on my home scale. This is alright - as long as it is steady! I am taking off the evening from exercising as it is not scheduled and I could use the day off. Tomorrow I will be back at it.

I started the water challenge - to drink 8 glasses a day. Holy mackeral! I get more exercise at work running to go pee! So I guess it is a win win. I added a pop up to remind me to drink more water 2 x a day in my calendar so that I am encouraged by that. I just added it as a reoccurring appt for myself! :)

This last weekend I tried on some clothes. I still didn't like how they fit - there was a day and a place and a time where everything used to look good - I guess years of motherhood and then staying within reason has done a slight toll on my even caring. I do care, but not like I used to. I want to feel good in what I pick......... I am hanging in there.

My first reward for 10% of my body weight off will be a pedicure!

    Hey, I'm new comer. Is that mean u drink 8 glasses water per day and lost 2 pounds in a week of course together exercise. If I go to work then it's easy to remind myself water water water. If I'm at home that would be difficult. Any suggestion?
