Tomorrow is a weigh in..........

Monday morning at work we have all been weighing in........ a contest of sorts. I am wondering how well I have done this week according to our work scale. I use my home scale all week - and I think I like it better because it is a little less :) Btw - all my weigh ins recorded on this site are with my home scale and my husband measuring me!

Tonight - I premade my lunch - 1 can of tuna, 3 eggs - 2 tbsp. light miracle whip, 2 diced green onions, 1 tsp. of herb seasoning McKormick, salt/pepper and will eat on belgium endive leaves (which are pretty cheap and a creative way to eat this).

I haven't had a lot of success logging food because I don't seem to have the time to customize my entire menu - and it is realitively easy for me to just write it down in my own homemade log that I designed in excel and printed out. This lets me keep track of my points and water intake.

What a bummer my creamer in my coffee isn't helping. This is probably the most difficult for me to sacrifice. I have cut down to two morning coffees then the rest of the day is water and hot tea w/ splenda.

I haven't been using any extra points even though I have been exercising.............
Speaking of exercising - I think I overdid it earlier last week and each workout since then has been a struggle...... even now, I know that I am going to have to get off my butt and head down to the elliptical............ no pain no gain??
