cheap scale

Sunday, February 03, 2008

Well I thought was doing so well, which I am just not as good as I thought. This whole time my scale has been off 5 lbs I started going to the gym and took my weight there and I was like that can't be right. Came home and sure enough the one at the gym was reading 5 lbs heavier. Went and bought a new scale and it read same as the gyms. I guess I shouldn't be totally surprised the one I had I bought for 4 dollars, anyway bought a nice one from weight watchers that totals your bmi, water and bone mass. So instead of weighting in at 184 this morning i weight 189. Which in all I have to say is good because previously on the old scale i weighted 185-187 for the last 3 weeks. Hubby will be home on the 8th so much for being under 180 before he gets home. Maybe next time.

Thanks for the info. Was wondering if my scale was off - Went to the Dr's. and results seemed 3lbs off ( even factoring in 2lbs. for clothing) so I thought a new scale was in order. I saw the Weight Watchers scale at Costco for $34.99. Since reading your blog I am heading to Costco to purchase it after my gym work out. Thank you again!! Sondra :0)
