Ach! Still here :)

Hope everyone is doing well!

Things finally worked themselves out with school, so I've just been plugging along. I've lost about ten pounds since the first of the year (woot!) and I'm sleeping SOOOOO much better then I was before. Sleep is such a lovely thing, you always forget how great it is until you start doing it again.

Mid-December with all the stress I wasn't sleeping for days, now I'm no longer a zombie and I don't talk to people who aren't there, and my friends aren't scared for their lives when they're around me anymore.

Still struggling with eating, but I'm getting better. I have to try hard and schedule time for myself to eat, and then make myself do it but I'm rockin' it now, so it's all spiffy and happy.

I did about 50 minutes of DDR tonight, Konamix (my goal is to maniac every song on that as a perfect before moving on, it's very OCD and nuts, but I'm gonna do it) Workout Mode, Workout/Trick, Continual on Club Mix. Kicked my butt, but it's so much fun.

The goal is 1000 minutes of DDR in February, which comes out to about 250 minutes a week, or about an hour four days a week, which isn't that big of a deal.

So far - 60/1000 minutes - 940 minutes remaining.

    Good job on the 10 pounds lost last month! That's about how much I have to lose before I can be under 200. I hope I can do it this month. Anyhoo...its good that you are sleeping again. :)
