I am pregnant! Woo Hoo! I am going to stay on SP to try to have the healthiest pregnancy I can. I'm starting off at a much higher weight than I would have preferred, but that's life. Now I focus on healthy eating, healthy exercise and not gaining an excessive amount of pounds. No weight gain discussion with the doc yet, but my research is indicating anywhere from 0-15 pounds. So we'll see what the doc says. For now, it's all about nutrition and exercise!

    Are you familiar with Babyfit.com? It's the pregnancy version of Sparkpeople. It's really good too. I've done Babyfit during both my pregnancies and then come to Sparkpeople to lose the baby weight and get back into shape.
