Lost another half an inch this month. It's starting to slow down, but that's ok. I'm comfortable with how far I've come and how much healthier I am now that I was in April. I am going to start tracking my water, BMI, & body fat % to see if I can make those a bit healthier.
Water - 47.5 (goal 50)
BMI - 29.9 which is top of overweight range (goal 29.1 overweight range)
Body Fat - 27.09 which is middle of acceptance range (goal is 26.86 lower end of acceptance range)
