So I have been trying for about 6 weeks to land a proffessional job. I would say I've applied for about 12 jobs. . .This morning, the first email I read was from FMC (a company in Rock Springs). It was about a job that would be perfect for me, it said, "At this time, we are pursuing other applicants. . ." It went on and on, but you get the drift. I am really bummed out. I actually thought I had a shot at this job. :(

I live in Wyoming too, and I am looking for employment as always it seems. One thing I have learned living here is to not leave one thing until you definately have something else. I apply for things that I have the education and experience to do basically with my eyes closed and get the same kind of letters of rejections... It is a tough job market here and sometimes education makes it harder - at least in my case with a masters. Good luck, and keep your chin up! 4786 days ago
