Admitting the truth

I guess I really need to admit the extra ten pounds that I weighed when I first started on my weight loss journey on New Years Day. I started a diet that day. I was feeling deprived after a couple of weeks, knowing that I was setting myself up for failure once again.

Then I was watching TV and saw a program about diet fads. There were a couple of SP members describing what it was like on SP. I was doubtful that it would help me, but figured I could give it a try.

That turned out to be one of the best days of my life. SP has been so good for me. I don't feel deprived, and I realize that I can eat good, have plenty to eat, no starving.

So as of today, I am going to change my weight loss ticker to show that extra 10 pounds.
