Well, I am down 2 more pounds this week. Not bad considering my calories have been on the high end of my range and I only had one day of limited exercise (started PT). Maybe when I start adding cardio it will boost it more, but I have to get my muscles built back up after foot and knee surgery first. I know my 6 month old LabX puppy will be happy when I can start taking her out for walks!

    WTG on your 2lb loss, doesnt it feel good tobe a looser? How often would that happen? Take it easy, you dont want to push yourself too much, when PT says you can add more, then do it.
