Well, I did my yoga class again this Saturday, and it was a great workout and I wasn’t as sore as the last time I did it. It seems my muscles aren’t in so much shock. I also did a great workout yesterday, I did resistance/weight training for my upper body and did 30 minutes on the elliptical. Afterward I felt so good. I haven’t lifted weights in months. I hope I can get myself to do it again.
My food intake isn’t so great. Some days are good, some are bad. I wish they were all good. I just get so hungry some days. I also keep running out of fruit and veggies and buying healthy food is so expensive.

    Glad to hear that you are getting a good dose of exercise in. Yes life happens, and it is sometimes hard to fit OUR needs in such as exercise and eating better. I have good days and bad when it comes to eating but I still try and manage to at least to stay within my range, so I hope you are at least managing to eat within your calorie range.
