Well I turned 52 Monday and Still can't seem to stay on target. Well I am back in the saddle again as of today. Need to start walking, but it has been cold outside. Well, I will just have to walk in the house! Here's to all my new friends, I hope you are having a wonderful time on your new journey.

Happy Birthday. I too walk in my house. Set the kitchen timer for 30 minutes and walk. Upstairs downstairs, sideways, back wards, march in place and around and around. It makes my pets wonder what is going on.
