I've fallen... and I've gotten up!

I was pleased with tracking an entire week of food - and it resulted in a 3 lb weight loss. BUT - I was afraid of what would happen when I spent the weekend with my boyfriend because we always just eat whatever.... So, here we are, and I didn't log for a couple of days. I did eat less than what I would have if not on SP, but I didn't follow my sister's SP rule of NO EXCEPTIONS. The bright side - I didn't give up after a "fall" this weekend. I'm back on, writing everything down. I just need to plan for every meal - even on the weekends with my boyfriend. He is even supporting me in that and made dinner for me during the week so we wouldn't have to do take-out (which was our normal MO). I have to say, I do feel so much better after just 2 weeks of watching my food intake. I'm still not "working out" but I plan to start that in Feb. when I finish school. For now, the dog walks will have to do!
