a lot of work to do

So, the holidays really did me in - I gained 8 lbs! It was hard not to considering that I had been away at school and away from my boyfriend's amazing cooking for 4 months, but now I am back at school with a refreshed healthy perspective on diet and exercise and hopefully my weight tracker will start to go down again quickly :-)

    Oh, Hon, you are such a smart girl and I want you to succeed so much because you deserve it.
    I was checking back in to see how you are doing since December. I hope you continue signing into SP every single day. I've signed in now for 109 days and I've lost 26#, which has been slow, but I'm happy as long as I never ever gain back a single pound of it. We can do this!! It has been so upsetting to me to check on people and find they never really got started or they have quit signing in to Sparkpeople. This is so important to care for our health and well being.

    I finished reading Dr. Phil's "Ultimate Weight Loss Solution" and found it so motivational because he deals with feelings and emotions.
