Starting week 3, getting use to the water and exercising more, although I have to fine some work out videos because I''m not sure I'm doing it right. I treated myself today with pizza, I'm proud of myself for not pigging out and having only 2 pieces. Pizza is my favorite food! I feel really good, lots more energy! started the real diet on saturday. I took the 10lb challenage! Lose 10 lbs by Valentines Day! I'm excited, hope I can do it. I figure if I lose 10 lbs from one holiday to another, I should be looking pretty nice in that swim suit. THATS MY GOAL!
