2 weeks in 13lbs gone

Well I haven't done a blog in a while. I was busy moving my business. I was concerned that I had not been to the gym since saturday and how that would effect my weightloss. Luckily moving boxes was very strenousm and quite a workout.

I little hesistant when I stepped on the scale, but I had lost 3 more lbs since saturday.

I jumped on the eliptical today and went hard for 40 minutes......There is nothing like the feeling of about an hour after heavy exurtion when your body is coming down from the workout. Very mello and relaxed.

I'm proud of how well I've done so far, but have a hell of a long way to go!!!!

    Looks like we've both been seeing some pretty positive results... which indeed is great.... Do your very best to keep your self accountable.. I do that pretty much by logging into sparky here....and just spending some time reading / looking around... learning... etc. You and I are on the 1 year plan here... so the day by day stuff is less important than the month by month stuff... and its really neat to see a fair amount of poundage coming off so quickly...

    Dude... 40 mins on the elipical... ouch... that's a lot... my knees can't take those dumb things so I'm pretty much stuck right now with the treadmill and sit down bike... the knees won't really let me do anything medium to high impact yet.... but soon.

    Way to go Joe! I had a good workout the other week helping my in-laws clean thier business...you've just got to be careful on what you lift or try to move...or ladders you climb. Again, congrats on your progress and keep it up!
