The challenge is on!

I wish I had some type of motivational pictures of myself working out and sweating as I do so much throughout the day, but I'm just not ready yet. It has been really hard throughout the last month, trying so hard, but not seeming to get very far. I weighed finally, after the holidays, and I was astonished. Almost all the progress I made was gone. I just changed my ticker to include this new extra weight, which was very hard for some reason. Then, while changing it, I measured myself and I had lost a total of about 3 inches. I was very excited because I think it tends to show a little more than the scale, sometimes because the scale doesn't show the loss of fat while gaining muscle, or water weight. Anyway, my work is not over by far. I was just chosen as the white team's leader on the biggest loser's winter challenge, and it is proving to be one of the best and most encouraging things I have ever done in my life. I have never had alot of active support while losing weight, with people trying just as hard as I am to make a difference for the better in their health. I love it!!!

yess being able to lead others, with that responibility comes some extra motivation. I love being a leader, simply because I can't expect my team to do it if i am not willing to . Inches are way better than pounds!!!!!
