I'm one week in. I lost 3 pounds!!! I'm just a few pounds away from that 200 pound line... one I've been trying to break for over a year!

I had an excellent weekend of workout... shoveling for 3 hours on Saturday.

I was VERY sore on Sunday and didn't move much.

I wasn't feeling well at all today, and didn't do much either. Had a headache most of the day.

I'm going to get back at the walking tomorrow!
