I'm lovin this! Glad I found this site, sooo many nice people! I also lost 2 lbs. hope it's not all water. Speaking of water I have to work harder on the 8 glasses a day. Trying different ways to flavor it. Cranberry juice is best so far! Have to exercise more too! Waiting on my equip. Ordered the sparks book yesterday, I think I can plan my meals better with it's help.
