Back and Better

So I am back now; after hmmmm 4 in a half months aghhh. The good news is I have only gained back two pounds. I don't feel so bad about it as I left to go back to school, in my third year now. I am taking only one course this term as being a mommy and working full time is all that I feel like juggling right now. I need to start feeling healthy again; mentally and physically, and the last few months really helped me to see how important quality time with my family, working out, and eating healthy really is.
Over Christmas I turned the basement bedroom into a full gym, elliptical trainer, health rider, and weight bench, so now I can workout in the privacy of my own home. So far in a week I have used it everyday and I can't wait to reach my goals for this year.
