A week of success

I did it! I actually wrote down everything I ate for a week. It wasn't so bad at all. I don't own a scale, so I don't know if I lost weight, but at least I paid attention to what I ate. Hopefully, I was accurate with the portion sizes. Sometimes it is tricky figuring that out. But one thing I know, I probably ate at least 1500 few calories each day! Maybe next month I'll start workin out...
