Moving Forward

I'm going into the third week of my new exercise routine. I feel good about it. Although I am tired from it and I have sore muscles and sometimes I have difficulty moving it is no worse than how I was before I started.
Tomorrow I will weigh in and measure in. I don't think I've lost any weight but I do think I have lost some inches. My clothes have felt a little different.
I hope I can continue on and stick to it. I need to start paying closer attention to my diet.

    Keep up the exercise. I know from my own experience that exercising isn't always enough to move the scale, but it will change your body in other positive ways. Don't get discouraged, any small step we make towards better help is a good step.
