I'm going into the third week of my new exercise routine. I feel good about it. Although I am tired from it and I have sore muscles and sometimes I have difficulty moving it is no worse than how I was before I started.
Tomorrow I will weigh in and measure in. I don't think I've lost any weight but I do think I have lost some inches. My clothes have felt a little different.
I hope I can continue on and stick to it. I need to start paying closer attention to my diet.
