Well this is my first blog entry ever and I have alot to say. I worked out today, I didnt work out on Friday or Saturday, so it felt good!!!! I did the elliptical FOR 60 MINUTES OMG I HAVE NEVER DONE IT FOR THAT LONG BEFORE!!!! I AM SO PROUD OF MYSELF. I want to do that on a daily basis. I want to work our for sixty minutes everyday. That is my goal this week. I also want to drink at least 120 ounces of water daily. I also had my 1st power bar today, it was ok. I had a low blood sugar and needed something, but didnt want something bad. well I will write again another day.

    60 minutes on the elliptical?? you go girl!! kudo's to you !! - that is an awesome machine for burning calories - i remember when i could barely get through 3 minutes on it lol - i now have this horrile love hate relationship with it = anyway just wandered onto your page and wanted to say hi and you are doing great! keep up the hard work - it will happen - and you are definitely worth it! - bobbie
