Good start to Day

I did treadmill for 45 min and got good exercise in. Tomorrow will be leg day. LOL means I won't be waling on Sunday or Monday. Ok though feels good to me

I need to find good healthy foods to shack on that I will turn to

    Way to go on the "dreadmill." So you won't be walking until Tuesday, huh? LOL. As for good healthy foods to snack on... stick with fruit. You can't go wrong with them!!!!
