Back on track again!!

Well I think I am finally back on track. I have been doing great this week with my exercise. I have even been getting my strength training in, something that I haven't been doing at all lately. After having gained some weight during the holidays, I am now finally seeing the scale go back down, YIPPEE!! My original goal was to be down to 150 by the end of January but I don't think that is achievable so I am willing to settle for 155. Let the hard work begin!
