I finally updated my weight loss ticker.
As of this morning I am 175.4. I had gained over the holidays and
ate my way up the scale to 181 lbs!
I am determined to get to the 160's by April though so I am
going to continue to improve my eating habits and work out.
Yesterday I got my best mile time so far at a 16:06.
My goal is a 15 minute mile.
