Hey all!!!

I have been very faithful about logging food and exercise since "coming back into the fold" with Spark after the Holidays. I have been over my calorie goals a bit, but not by much most days.

Exercise is where I need to kick it in a bit more. I'm currently Jazzercising about 3 days a week, when my hubby's schedule doesn't get in the way...I know lame excuse...I need to get outside with the doggie and start walking on the off days...I was walking everyday with my 3 year old when the weather was still nice...but, my butt needs more exercise...so I plan to walk the doggie til it's nice enough for the family to go out and walk again.
