I must say that everyone was correct -- crutches aren't THAT difficult ... Especially since "my other person" (aka 162 lost lbs.) has effectively left the er ... left my person -- and I don't have to lug "it" around on two little aluminum poles meant for one person -- and not two!!!!!!

    Lovely One

Adoring you more each day. Crutches, piece of cake...fall hopping. You will be doing sprints in no time and doing the 'moedance of lame". ..hehehe...I know that was sooo bad:) I got my crutches out of the closet (broken leg several times in my life but that's another story, I too can be a klutz, fall up the stairs etc.,) so I could commiserate during your recovery.

Darlin One what exactly happened? I know you mentioned car accident, leg and back pain and some paralysis...but you didn't elaborate about what is to be corrected through this surgery.

That picture of "you" in 1994 with your daughter doesn't even look like the same person you are now. How fantastic that you turned your life around.
Did you have to have cosmetic surgery to deal with loose skin? I'm worried about that, but my son says if I get to my goal, he'll pay for me to have it so it need not be a worry for me. I'm losing it slowly, as that helps so they claim.
Your animals are adorable. Mallory looks beautiful being the Princess she is.
